In 2012, I joined Hubbard County 4-H as a member of the Hubbard County 4-H Riders Club. For my first year as a 4-H'er I participated in club service projects and the horse project. After becoming more familiar with what 4-H has to offer, I became involved with other activities. In 2013, I joined the Ambassador program and the Horse PDC. As I learned leadership skills and became more confident, I started volunteering for more responsibilities. I was awarded the Wally Erickson (Leadership) Award in 2014 and was a Dan Patch Finalist in 2017. In a addition to the horse project and ambassador program, I was involved in the photography and dairy projects. After graduating out of 4-H in 2017, I became an adult volunteer and have been an intern for Hubbard County 4-H for 3 years.
